Established in 1999, CWC International is a New York-based creative agency specializing in illustration.
Our artists hail from all over the world to comprise an exceptional roster that provides innovative visual solutions for a diverse and international clientele – ranging from advertising agencies, fashion houses, and commercial production companies to design firms, publishers, recording companies, and magazines.
Key to our mission as an agency is the support that we provide the artists we represent. We nurture and guide the talents of each artist, both commercially and through non-commercial projects. Through our gallery space, we encourage our artists to stretch their creativity, and we also give voice to new talents that we discover. It is because of this close relationship with our artists and our openness to the broader art world that we can provide our clients with the most fitting illustration and design work for their projects.
Through our headquarters in Tokyo, we are also capable of offering expertise in merchandising and publishing, and we can coordinate and manage projects and events in Asia.

gallery hanahou is small online gallery, e-retailer of artistic goods, and curator of pop-up shows, based in New York City & Brooklyn, NY. We are proud to present a variety of original artist goods & apparel, original art, limited edition prints, plush & fiber arts, art books, accessories and other items made with love and intention. gallery hanahou began as an exhibition space produced by CWC International, through which we present the public with new dimensions of CWC Group artists’ work and provide exposure to other visionary artists working across different fields of popular art. Cross World Connections (CWC), located in Tokyo, Japan, is the headquarters of The CWC Group. While CWC-i provides service to the U.S. market and beyond, CWC specializes in the Asian market, offering a variety of services from artist representation and coordination to market consulting, publishing and licensing. CWC also has its own gallery and a boutique in Tokyo.
